WOW, they really F'ed things up this time, I could work with all the other problems so long as i could play with my friends, now no friends can join my games they try to join and they show up as marcus, i try to join theirs and it it sais no connectio to host, damn these updates, i love this game but they fix 2 things and mess up 3
RFOM has dedicated servers w/ 40 player matches, and even though ps3s service is free and the dedicated servers are nothing less than great, i miss having the unified friends list, the ability to access the dashboard menu in play and people talking, i think its too much hassle for people to use blue tooth and when you do people still dont talk, ruining the team experience and connection from the 360, they both have drawbacks, and their constantly working on them, so they will only get better ...
i think casino royale is the best looking blu ray movie i have seen, pirates looks great, and ive read on forums that people think pirates is one of the best transfers, but i still think casino royale looks much more impressive
it still runs 1080p like it did before the update, but not at the optimal 24 hz setting, im amazed it can possibly look better than it does
Here I go thinking yeah my tv is great 1080p everything looks amazing, and then SONY releases this update, and my tv isnt compatible with the 24fps, :< , still, amazing, amazing update damn you unharnessable technology

yeah, im for real, they were working before i downloaded the update, i was seeing how both pirates of the caribbean movies were looking, and then i downloaded the update, and none of them show up, the audio is there but as soon as the movie should be viewable it goes to the default hdmi/dvi screen and says "no signal" only for blu ray movies, the games still work, which is odd
I just downloaded the new firmware (Borat DVD looks great by the way upscaled) and now i cant watch my blu ray movies, the audio is still there, and they worked right before i downloaded it, seriously i was watching one and i stopped it to download the update. I have a Samsung 1080p tv, the games still work, and regular dvds, so I dont know, what the deal is, anyone else experiencing any problems, thanks, please no flaming
